Responsibility:

• Early involvement for NPI project in terms of design review, risk review and part qualification. Participate in NPI build for process sign off.

• Coordination with component suppliers and contribution to solve quality problems from JDM/EMS/Customer field according to e.g. 8D-methodology or 5 whys and drive projects to solve the problems sustainably.

• Core team member for CRM activities to lead supplier activities on tooling transfer and product and production qualification

• On-site work with supplier for trouble-shooting in production line and sub-tier supplier production

• Training and guidance of Suppliers with the target to get a solid performance including deliverables at DPPM/LAR/OTS/Cost saving etc.

• Drive CTQ strategy introduction and implementation at component supplier and work with supplier for continuous improvement for process control and error proof through FMEA/Control Plan/MSA/SPC/Error Proof

• Routine ISO procedure maintenance.

• New supplier qualification audit and current supplier annual audit independently

• Work with supplier and internal team for continuous improvement through project (GB or above) with cost saving target

• Finish Training course arranged by company and department.

Qualification:

1.Work Experience：10+ years of experience in category background and 5+ of experience in Quality Management

2.Auditing experience in e.g. ISO9001, IATF16949 certified internal auditor or Lead Auditor

3.Solid experience in application of Q-methods and statistics, e. g. SPC, MSA, APQP, FMEA, DOE, LSS knowledge is preferred.

3.Good at English speaking and writing.

4.Strong Leadership on management at supplier site and good cooperation with cross function.
