GQA-Supplier Quality Engineer(BU Alkaline)

Job Description :

• Responsible for supplier quality, outgoing quality and quality assurance of battery products;
• Follow up with battery testing in performance,reliability&safety;
• Handling customer complaint with failure analysis and 8D report follow up;
• Provide weekly and monthly reporting on shipment quality of supplier;
• Interface to supplier for supplier assessment,process and shipment audit;
• Able to work independently,Travelling to suppliers required.

Experience Requirements:

• University degree or above in Engineer or quality related discipline;
• Good command of reading and written English (Level 4 or above);
• At least 5 years or above experience in QC/QA, experienced in testing;
• Knowledge of Battery related standard like IEC60086,ANSI,UL,UN standard;
• ISO9001 trained is a must, ISO14001,ISO45001 training is perferred;
• 6 sigma green belt certified with hands on experience in quality tools;
• Strong in leadership and aggressive;
• Station in Guangzhou or Shenzhen of Guangdong province, traveling to suppliers required.
