Your Role & Responsibilities

• Negotiate and conclude quality assurance agreements with suppliers
• Manage supplier complaints and problem solving process
• Carry out the product release and approval process for purchased products (PPAP/APQP)
• Plan, carry-out and follow-up supplier audits across Asia/Pacific
• Perform root cause analysis in case of non-conformities (Product, Process, KPIs, Audits)
• Define and implement corrective actions (Product, Process, KPIs, Audits)
• Monitor supplier quality performance on a regular basis
• Support international and cross functional task forces in cases of TOP supplier complaints, support escalation management in case of TOP supplier complaints
• Reporting of necessary KPIs

Your Skills & Strengths

• Bachelor degree in Engineering, Technical Management, or equal
• Strong knowledge in Quality Management Methods (IATF16949, 8D, RCA, etc.)
• 3~5 years' experience within Automotive Industry, have experience in project management
• Knowledge about Engine Components, Filtration, Mechatronic products and production processes a plus
• Good understanding of IT Tools (ERP, CAD, Excel, Powerpoint, Databases)
• Fluent in English speaking and writing
• Good team player, able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, willingness to travel
• High level of analytical ability
