The role of Supervisor,Warehouse ？at TAJCO is central for our success. The responsibilities include among others:

• Establish and improve warehouse management system and internal material process and ensure the effective implementation
• Implement FIFO in warehouse daily operation, and make sure all stock in warehouse are in good condition, and ensure the physical stock is consistent with the account
• Take lead of 3PL WH management. Be responsible for delivery transportations management from factory to 3PL WH and from 3PL WH to customer, all JIT and JIS activities. And also the performance evaluation of all the 3PL transportation activities, transportation cost control and saving
• Implement 6S in warehouse to make the workplace clean, tidy and safe
• Be responsible for employees’ communication and conducting employees’ performances appraise

About you
As a person and professional, you have 5 years’ work experiences about warehouse management;at least 2 years team management experiences;e familiar with warehouse management system, like WMS 、SAP and so on;bachelor or above,logistics or business managment related;good Command of Computer skills;fluent in Mandarin and English communication (written & verbal).

Take lead of 3PL WH management. Be responsible for delivery transportations management from factory to 3PL WH and from 3PL WH to customer, all JIT and JIS activities. And also the performance evaluation of all the 3PL transportation activities, transportation cost control and saving；
.Be responsible for employees’ communication and conducting employees’ performances appraise.

In charge of for transfer, storage the chemical dangerous, poisonous, hazards goods, checklist of the chemical dangerous gather the MSDS of the dangerous chemical goods and release the information in the warehouse;

Provide adequate training to warehouse workers to make sure they work properly to meet company requirements on quality and EHS standards.
