Responsibilities:
Lead a team to handle daily operation of funding services to help the people who are in urgent relief as a result of family crisis, accident, illness or natural disaster
Monitor the operation progress and funding disbursement
Formulate control and administrative arrangement of funding services
Support promotion, publicity and fund-raising activities
Develop pitches, proposals and marketing materials to engage potential partners, clients or sponsors
Build and maintain good relationship with NGOs, government departments and other stakeholders
Provide administrative support to related committees
Handle ad hoc projects and perform any other duties as assigned

Requirements:
Degree holder with 4 years of working experience, preferably exposure to social welfare matters
Passion in serving the poor and needy in Hong Kong
Knowledge and interest in fund-raising, self-financed service and digital communications will be an advantage
Good interpersonal, communication, supervisory and report writing skills
Ability to work independently but also a good team player
Detail-oriented, creativity and the ability to motivate and inspire
Fluency in both spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
Proficiency in MS office applications and Chinese word processing
Immediate availability is highly preferred
Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Supervisor
