Internship description

• Gain understanding of osteoporosis and the latest Amgen Biotech treatment – Prolia & Evenity
• Gain understanding of pharmaceutical operation mode through interaction within his/her own team (Marketing and Sales), and other cross-functional teams.
• Be a Dual-energy x-ray absorptiometry (DXA) champion to bridge the knowledge and practical gap of DXA screening among the stakeholders and design the educational material to increase disease awareness in the community.

Accomplishment by the end of internship

• Confirmation of elementary understanding to the product and the business model in pharmaceutical area through the final presentation to business unit mentor and HR
• Weekly one on one communication with mentor to ensure the learning progress.
• Implement the screening campaign in the healthcare ecosystem

Qualifications

• Medical background related is necessary, public health is preferred.
• Currently studying in colleague, or graduated within one year
• Good at English listening, speaking, reading and writing
• Need to work with cross functional colleagues, good communication skill is required.
• Digital/ high-tech savvy is a plus
