Position: Associate Analyst (Summer Intern Program)

Team: China Consulting Service
Fiducia provides strategic advice and market insights to help our clients roadmap their best-possible market entry or expansion in Greater China. Our services include growth strategy, operational excellence and M&A. Our clients include multi-national companies, investors, association and governments.

Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Qualified candidate will be closely involved in the strategy development and investment attraction related projects
2. Collect and analyse data
- Conduct the primary research and record transcripts
- Provide useful interviewee list by making cold calls and then narrow down a call list
- Conduct secondary research to grab industry data and insights independently
3. Prepare PowerPoint report and translate documents.
4. Participate in the internal project meeting as well as client conference call when required
5. Any other Marketing & Admin related job required if necessary

Requirements:
1. At least 4 full working days each week for over 5 months; Non-remote work
2. Bachelor degree or above academic degree from reputed universities; Oversea experience is plus
3. Strong communication skills, flexible and highly socialized
4. Be open to talk to strangers over the phone
5. Experienced in consulting or marketing related works is a plus
6. Excellent written and oral communication skills in both English and Chinese
7. Excellent analytical skills and preciseness
8. Able to use all MS software products competently at an advanced level

Compensation:
150 RMB / Day

Office Location:

Working Period:
9:30 - 18:00, at least 4 days per week
