We develop a tailor-made digitalization strategy and roadmap jointly in co-creation with our customer to support him on his journey to a Digital Enterprise. As Success Management Consultant you have a passion to transform industry changes and customer challenges in a manufacturing setting into innovative customer solutions based on optimized process blueprints. You leverage today’s innovative technologies to help our clients to succeed at every stage. What part will you play? You support our regions and customers to become a digital enterprise based on our Digital Enterprise portfolio. You evaluate and develop the business with our customers (e.g. in automotive, aerospace, electronics, food & beverages or chemical/pharmaceutical) You are an interface to our departments in the regions You enable, train, and support our regions with focus on Sales Enablement You orchestrate customer opportunities in order to generate regional growth You support sales campaigns You develop sales standards and tools incl. regional rollout We don´t need superheroes, just super minds. You hold a university degree and have long-term sales experience, project management, industrial digitalization or manufacturing automation background You have experience in value based selling methods You have experience in Digitalization portfolio, ideally, you are familiar with the Siemens Digital Enterprise Portfolio You have good analytical and conceptual skills and an entrepreneurial mindset Ideally, you have working experience within one of our key verticals automotive, aerospace, electronics, food & beverages or chemical/pharmaceutical You have experience within in the customer supply chain in industrial companies, especially a deep understanding of the development process, production planning and execution, shop floor processes and service You are fluent in English, German language skills are a plus, and enjoy spending part of your work on site with your customers (also internationally) We´ve got quite a lot to offer.
