Student Services Assistant
Job Purpose:
This primary responsibility of this role is assistance of facility service to our school in NACIS.
These facility services will include but not limited Cleaning, Catering, Landscaping &Indoor plant, School bus, School Event Support, Building Heathy and Safety management, Facility service hot line and other school facility service.
Reporting Relationships:
The role reports directly to the Facility Manager.
Accountabilities:
Student Bus Management: To co-work with bus vendor, and school academic leadership team, to make sure student safety on the buses.
Cleaning Service Management: School routine cleaning; Pest control management.
Indoor plant and outside landscaping service Management: Plant Care & Disease inspection and treatment;
Site facility Maintenance: Coordinate with handyman, suppliers and service providers for Maintenance of furniture, small equipment and soft drink machines, Air-condition, electricity, plumbing and other task which required by teachers.
Health & Safety: ensure all school activities meet at H&S regulation and led efforts to reduce the safety and health incidents,
Support school event
Document management.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirement:
Good oral and written English language skills
Good communication skill with staff
Good Excel and Word, PPT skills
Good time management skills
Strong interpersonal skills
Good team management skills
The ability to work independently
Active working attitude
Willing to work overtime if it is required
Relevant administration or operation experience preferred
Mandarin- Fluent oral and written
