Job Description
Amazon China is seeking a talented, results oriented Student Programs Recruiter who can support the campus initiatives, including Graduate/Undergraduate full-time/intern campus recruiting, school relations building and development, coordinating and organizing all internal/external campus related meetings and events. The successful candidate will possess good data analytical, project management and collaborative skills for working as part of a highly motivated HR team; will possess the ability to complete multiple tasks and projects quickly with little guidance, react with appropriate urgency to situations that require a quick turnaround.
As the pipeline to build the future leadership, campus recruiting is important for the whole organization to grow and develop with the internal talent pipeline. This role is critical to us as it will ensure the expansion and scale-up of the current multiple campus-programs and enable the continuous business growth.
Responsibilities:
· Drive the campus recruiting programs from planning to execution with strong capability to track details. Partner with business partners to develop the long term strategy for campus recruiting and execute against short term and medium term steps. Arrange and coordinate campus visits, on-campus presentations, student’s visit and other related events.
· Build the close relationship with the key schools overseas and domestically, establish the effective channels to ensure Amazon China could be an employer of choice for students.
· Participate in the campus steering committees and drive resources from different groups both internally and externally to ensure the whole process smoothly move forward.
· Manage candidate experience and hiring process, including but not limited to interview scheduling, assessment process, offer tracking, on boarding process, report generation and etc.
· Manage the internship program which is critical for the full-time hiring pipeline and enlarge the outreach among students.
· Identify opportunities to improve various aspects of campus recruiting.
Qualifications:
· 3+ years working experience, a bachelor or above degree and have previous project management experience.
· Fluency in English both oral and written.
· Good project management skills.
· Quantitative and analytical skills, and curious about data.
· Focus on results, ability to drive the recruiting process and provide responsive follow-up to both candidates and hiring teams.
· Great organizational skills and attention to detail, you are able to juggle and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously.
