Internship – Financial Assistant France

Missions:

• Conduct evolution of Oracle Tech dashboard used by the managerial Technology teams (sales forecast, actuals, KPIs...)
• Helping finance director to prepare quarterly results per Line of Business with Global Finance, to be presented during quarterly Management Meetings, review and data analysis of reports prepared by Global finance.
• Help to prepare detailed financial data for Business Reviews each week
• Help when needed on other ad hoc tasks (analysis on variances in reporting tasks, expenses, headcount, etc.)

Follow up on Headcount changes within Technology sales Line of Business

• Help on forecast activities by supporting some Technology sales directors and managers :  
  • Oracle Sales Cloud (pipeline) variations
  • Forecast Bridge and reconciliation at sales directors level
• Help on booking activities supervised by a Finance Business Partner :
  • Tracking of issues in the Cloud booking reports,
  • Help on enhancing methodology on revenue tracking reports, bridge with opportunities and Sales workforce actuals
  • Document French processes related to Operating Expenses to better master current model

Candidate’s profile:

• Top Degree in Business with specialty in Finance, accounting, financial controller
• Functional skills (theoretical skills or acquired through a former internship period)
• Strong skills on Excel
• Willingness to join a dynamic and multinational team.
• High level of energy, drive, enthusiasm, commitment, self-belief and achievement-orientation
• Interest in technology and strong communication skills
• Fluent French (Native level)
• Fluent English (TOEIC 850/990)
