Oracle Consulting is our global Line of Business (LOB) delivering services to our customers on Oracle products.

 

The functional domains covered by the business products and in internship’s scope are:

• CRM, Customer Experience
• Finance,
• Logistics,
• Purchasing.

Oracle Consulting is 160 employees in France.

 

Mission for the candidate during the internship:

 

At first, you will be trained (in-class or e-training or shadowing) on:

 

• Business processes covered by the product
• Product (Oracle Sales Cloud, ELOQUA, Oracle Service Cloud aka Rightnow)

 

As soon as trainings are over, the candidate will begin working on projects with one or two senior consultants. Step by step, the candidate will acquire autonomy and knowledge related to the job of consultant.

 

Your mission as a junior consultant will be:

• Gathering customer’s requirements on marketing strategy
• Understand Oracle marketing Cloud solution
• Setting up the application to cover customer’s requirements
• Documenting set up
• As soon as possible, presenting prototyped application to customers
• Functional tests on CX IT Solutions “Customer Experience”
• Presentation to customers

 

Candidate’s profile:

• Top Degree in Business school or University with specialization marketing strategy
• Looking for a final internship (last year of study)
• Experience on CRM Oracle is a plus
• Willingness to join a dynamic and multinational team.
• High level of energy, drive, enthusiasm, commitment, self-belief and achievement-orientation
• Interest in technology and strong communication skills
• Knowledge of Oracle products or previous experience in the IT industry will be useful though not essential
• Fluent French (Native)
• Fluent English (TOEIC 850/990)
