Work with OFD to:  

Close Bigger Deals – The right financing plan means you can capture more revenue and preserve margins without needing to offer steep discounts to close contracts. 

Pull Business Forward – Sell more hardware and software using persuasive tools like a Capacity Purchase Analysis. This shows customers how much they can save by buying an entire solution now rather than purchasing it in stages over multiple years. Customers paying cash are typically limited to single-year purchases and multiple approval cycles, which could ultimately result in downsized plans. 

Forge Closer Customer Relationships – The OFD staff is expert at creating financing models that take a customer’s long-term strategic goals into account. OFD representatives have the training and experience to understand those objectives and speak to C-level executives in language that resonates with this group. Rely on OFD to help you develop long-term, high-touch customer relationships.

At first, you will be trained on:

• Overall view of Oracle
• Overall view of the market
• Overall view of OFD ( mission , organization, positioning )
• Finances aspects and tools
• Action plan of OFD FY 22

Next steps

The over goals is that the candidate  acts as an “advisor “ to bring ideas on several topics

For example

• Considering the transformation of the way of working with home office
• Positionning of OFD towards the Oracle Sales and the Clients / Partners
• Communication / Marketing
• Tools & others to simplify the business for OFD Reps
• Lead a survey within OFD ( to check )
• Plan to get the attention of Partners in the Cloud
• Eventually tools to develop
• …..Considering that no study memory is requested , others topics that could interest the candidate could be considered .

In addition , the candidate will participate to some calls , will be in relation with others people of OFD
