Principal responsibilities:

• Assistant to origination for PRC local and cross-border primary syndicated / structured finance transactions

• Syndicated loan distribution / execution of primary syndicated / structured finance transactions

• Handling of secondary loan / portfolio management activities

• Involving and coordination of syndicated loan documentation and execution

• Loan agency including internal coordination (RM and operational departments) and external collaboration (regular circulation, voting and daily correspondence among banks and clients)

• Maintain/ enhance bank relationship

  
  

  Requirements:

• Strong interpersonal skills with proven ability of organizational planning and problem solving.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure with competing and rapidly changing priorities.
• Ability to develop cohesive working relationships with internal / external stakeholders.
• Strong communication skills – applicable through multiple channels (written, spoken, workshops, presentations)
• 3-5 years’ experience in loan syndication or agency is preferred
