POSITION SUMMARY
Air Products’ Asia Manufacturing Hub is the company’s Centre of Excellence for the manufacture and design of cryogenic Air Separation Units (ASU) and associated equipment.
The incumbent is accountable for performing design and engineering for cold box and skids, and manufacturing technical support at the manufacturing facility and sites.
The job holder will be assigned to performance structure design and engineering work for all AP global executed projects. This position will require relative level of engineer who is able to perform the required structure design responsibilities and provide proper judgment in reviewing third parties’ structure engineering documents and drawings.

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Meet corporate and global manufacturing personnel and process safety goals
- Understand AP structure engineering standard, spec, international and local industry structure engineering codes
- Conduct cryogenic structure engineering and detail design work for assigned projects. Manage and perform various aspects of structure design and engineering including drawing and loading calculation for architecture.
- Conduct structure stress calculation and review.
- Coordinate ad communicate technical issue among various groups including US and UK.
- Review and feedback structure basic and detail design drawing and spec completed by 3rd party or vendor.
- Performance cold box inspection.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Engineering degree in structure or higher
- 8+ years’ experiences on structure engineering design
- Skillful in drawing, calculation and design with SP3D, Framework, PK/PM series, Staadpro.
- Skillful in Office Software.
- Fluent spoken and written Chinese and English
