Job description & responsibilities

? Analyze the original materials; propose the mechanical design solution.

? Compare, discuss, and confirm the solutions.

? Analyze benchmark machines and patents, prevent patent problem in final products.

? Apply for new patents

? Design the drawing; create 3D model and issue the drawing.

? Keep contact with the supplier technologically; carry out technical support work.

? Define mechanical part or component technical standard

? Assist the supplier in developing and repairing mold or changing the materials and follow up.

? Follow up the production schedule of the supplier.

? Tracking related parts or components status during project

? Solve problems before and after serial production

? Co work with other teams and departments closely to keep project on schedule

? Sample test and confirmation and prepare FSA documentation

? Issue new drawings and modify the notification; call back the old drawings and inform the related department for the modification status of the drawings.

? Manage changes for responsible parts and components

? Apply for experiment according to customer feedback or other demands.

? Prepare sample machine for experiment; assist the laboratory in completing the experiment. Analyze the result of the experiment and adopt improvement countermeasures against failures.

? Perform other work assigned by the leaders
