• Demonstrate strong analytical capabilities and apply knowledge of selected tools and methodologies, drawing logical conclusions.
• Delivery of client transformation programs through selected tools and mythologies, manage your work against the project plan to ensure a superior client experience
• Understand customer value insights to ensure alignment amongst client's overall business and its operations.
• Articulate thoughts and ideas in a clear and composed manner to instill confidence with the team and clients
• Develop expertise in customer insight & growth experience practice areas to increase the breadth and depth of our knowledge base and capabilities.      
• Diagnose a problem, conduct analysis, and develop solutions for client problems.
