Our opportunity: We are currently looking to grow our team with a co-op for our Fall 2022 Strategic Student Program within the Global Talent Acquisition team, focusing mainly on Employer Branding and Recruitment Marketing. During this internship, you will help position Siemens Digital Industries Software as an employer of choice and support us in putting our new employer branding strategy into practice. In this position, you will have the opportunity to function on a global level, learning and laying the foundation for your professional and personal future. This is a remote position with your core team based in Portland, OR. Your involvement and responsibilities: Social Media management: crafting engaging and compelling content for our Social Media platforms, managing the content calendar, and analyzing ways to improve our presence. Career site: Optimizing our career site for content, SEO, career blog ... Assist in the implementation and rollout of our employee value proposition and employer branding strategy, adapting to local/business/country-specific needs. Analyzing data and effectiveness of campaign results, letting research and data guide your decision and strategy Amplifying and building out our employee ambassadors through career blogs, testimonials, videos Building brand awareness and strengthening our position as a phenomenal employer. Your success factors: Studying an undergraduate degree in business, specializing in Human Resources, Marketing/Branding, Management or Business Analytics Positive relationship building, interpersonal skills, cultural sensitivity, and you feel empowered working in a global, cross-functional, and diverse team. Strong project management and creativity. Able to jump from the creative side of marketing to the analytical side, letting data and research guide your decisions and content creation Prior experience with employer branding, digital marketing, and/or talent acquisition Affinity for tools, systems, and platforms ex.
