YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
To support the implementation of Region Americas strategic initiative to redefine the culture of the organization, drive behavior change by embedding culture change throughout the organization and engage employees in the roll-out through storytelling.
The primary responsibilities of this role, Strategic Initiatives Summer Intern, are to:
- Provide project management support for initiative roll-out;
- Develop multimedia content for use across multiple channels to engage employees in initiative;
- Implement process and repository to gather and share employee stories to maintain ongoing cadence of organizational storytelling;
- Interview employees to bring to life initiative projects and develop content;
- Support external visibility of initiative where relevant through external Public Relations support;
- Create calendar to support Company culture initiative events.

Required Qualifications:
- Enrollment in a Full-Time Bachelor’s degree program, with the completion of Sophomore year of undergraduate studies in communications, marketing, multimedia, public relations or a related field;
- Must be a full-time continuing student (i.e., enrolled in school for the next term);
- Must be able to work full time (40 hours per week)
- Strong writing and interviewing skills;
- Experience with creating content for use across print, digital and social media channels;
- Ability to customize content for varied audiences;
- Project management skills;
- Experience with content management systems (SharePoint);
Preferred Qualifications
- Graphic design experience.
- Mac Pro video editing experience;
