Job Description
1. Work with BU/Consultants for new investments or M&A projects and involved in related activities such as industry/business study, due diligence process, valuation model built-up , investment structure study, investment post-tracking and etc.,
2. Work on new business development assessment through early involvement and proactive engagement as well as cross-functional team collaboration
3. Assist BU counterparts to define business model aligned with corp. strategic and provide financial recommendations against opportunity and risk
4. Initiate and co-ordinate budget/actual financial performance review on P&L, CAPEX, and related key drivers for relevant products and /or departments
5. Responsible for cost-benefit-analysis (CBA), review/assessment/post-tracking as well as sensitivity analysis
6. Oversee financial performances and KPIs of related investments
7. Take in-charge for Ad-Hoc analysis
1. At least 8 years solid experience in M&A business cases
2. Sound management skills and ever lead a team is a plus
3. Strong finance know how and strong presentation skill
4. Highly analytical and critical thinking skills
5. Proficient use of financial IT tools, Hyperion (Brio) is preferred
6. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively communicate with BU side’s counterparts
7. Able to produce high quality work and results under pressure
8. Self-driver mentality, high motivation and commitment
9. Honest and trustworthy
10. Bachelor degree and above with major in finance management, economics or business management; master degree is preferred
