1. Identifying, segregating and controlling all stock. Provide preservation to stocks which are subject to electrostatic,

deterioration and shelf life specifications according to manufacturer’s requirements.

2. Performing the in-coming and shipping screening. Un-packing and Packing the goods properly according to procedures.

3. Managing the unserviceable parts in accordance with the requests of the procedures.

4. Controlling shelf life limited material and report to the Production Manager thirty days before the date of expiration.

5. Maintaining the inventory records. Informing the Production Manager when lack of some necessary part,

and tracking the arrival status.

6. Maintaining and ensure that the qualification documents or/and CAAC, EASA and FAA accepted certificate that

are received with the material and component are available upon request.

7. Responsible for recording the temperature and humidity of the stock room.

8. Controlling the inventory in a manner consistent with CCAR and FAR and manufacturer’s specification.

9. Conducting material/parts receiving process and dispensed according to procedures.

Maintaining the corresponding records according to the procedures.

10. Choosing parts suppliers, supervising the quality of parts and consumables which are provided by the suppliers.

Providing assistance to do the annual supplier performance evaluation.

11. Performing other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Production Manager.

REQUIREMENTS

1、Must at least be a high school or trade school graduate.

2、Spare parts management experience.

3、Has passed the training on the relevant civil aviation laws and regulations， working procedures and maintenance human factors.

4、 Have been trained on aviation mechanical component basic knowledge, chemical and store management equirements.

5、Must be trained and familiar with the material receiving inspection process.

6、Should be capable to work carefully, pro-actively with strong sense of responsibility.
