Store/ Retail Manager (HK) - Fashion brand

Our client is a retail group, due to their rapid expansion in Asia, they are now seeking for a high caliber to join their team

Responsibilities:

• Supervise & maintain daily operation of the Sales team in Hong Kong
• Develop and implement retail strategy and analyses the sales result
• Train, coach and supervise the team to achieve sales target
• Monitor sales performance, sales forecasting

Requirements:

• Degree/ Diploma holder
• Minimum 10 years' experience in sales and operations in retail industry
• Retail experience is a MUST
• Self-motivated, independent, result oriented
• Good command of English and Cantonese
