PRINCIPLE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Design management independently to align with global guideline, from tender to construction drawings;
• Supervise and control the overall FRS project management including construction, cost control, material, contract administration and project budget management;
• Oversee the performance of the appointed contractor to ensure compliance with the GC/FC/AC contract and a successful project completion;
• Provide close supervision over the whole process of fitting-out and E&M/AC/FC works, such as carry out site surveys, Monitoring and coordinating with different internal & external parties to achieve an agreed scope of work schedule;
• Ensure the completed project within the approved budget, timeline, quality standard as well as complying with all relevant local regulations.
• Build and maintain good relationship with all business partners.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor/degree graduated, interior design or related major.
• Strong design planning skills;
• Good communication skills;
• Independent project management;
• Good skill CAD/photo-shop/Office;
• English(spoken/written) is preferred;
• Sporty/team building/honest/passionate personality.
