岗位职责：

• 全面统筹和管理专卖店营运，维护设施功能良好；

• 协助监督库存状况确保供应顺畅；

• 协调和处理顾客投诉及解决现场突发事件；

• 每日提交账务报表及日销售额汇存公司；

• 公司业务细则、产品知识的熟练掌握和运用；

• 根据公司政策做好员工岗位培训，并合理的安排和分配员工工作，确保人力资源的有效利用；

• 负责协调专卖店与公司其它部门之间的联系，及时将了解的各项信息政策，透过专卖店会议向员工传达；

• 与员工保持良好的沟通互动，提升专卖店服务及维持专卖店和谐工作氛围；

• 与专卖店所在物业、政府部门建立和保持良好关系；

任职要求：

• 年龄：25-45周岁，大专以上学历；

• 5年以上专卖店管理经验，具有良好的管理能力、沟通能力及亲和力，形象气质佳；

• 有较强的语言表达能力及应变能力，英语能力佳者优先；

• 熟练使用Word，Excel等办公软件；

• 工作积极主动，执行力强，具较强抗压能力、高度的责任心；

• 有较强的服务意识和服务管理理念；

• 可接受轮班安排及短期出差；

• 有同行业工作经验者优先。

Responsibility:

• Comprehensively coordinate and manage the operation of the store, and maintain good facilities;

• Assist in monitoring inventory status to ensure smooth supply;

• Coordinate and handle customer complaints and solve on-site emergencies;

• Submit daily financial statements and daily sales remittance to the company;

• Master and apply the company's basic business knowledge and product knowledge;

• According to the company's policies, conduct staff post training, arrange and allocate employees' work reasonably, and ensure the effective utilization of human resources;

• Responsible for coordinating the contact between the store and other departments of the company, and timely communicating the information policies to employees through the store meetings;

• Maintain good communication and interaction with employees, improve the service of the store and maintain the harmonious working atmosphere of the store;

• Establish and maintain good relationship with the property and government departments of the store;

• Perform the work assigned by the superior.

Job requirements：

• College degree or above;

• At least 5 years of management experience in the store, good management skills, communication skills and affinity, good image quality;

• Have strong language expression and adaptability, and good English skills are preferred;

• Proficient in Word, Excel and other office software;

• Active in work, strong executive ability, strong pressure resistance ability and high sense of responsibility;

• Strong service awareness and service management philosophy;

• Shift arrangement and short-term business trip are acceptable;

• Experience in the same industry is preferred
