主要职责:
管理店铺营运
Manage Store Operations
1. 确保店铺的营运管理符合所有公司的政策和营运标准;
Ensure store operation compliance with all company policies and SOP;
2. 对库存进行及时的管理并保证库存数据的及时更新,与区域经理沟通库存事宜;
Conduct inventories on a timely basis/maintain updated inventory records, and communicate inventory issues/concerns to Area Manager.
3. 代表公司与业主和当地政府机构进行顺畅的沟通;
Communicate smoothly with landlord and local authorities as Company Representative;
4. 根据品牌形象组织和检查货品的陈列和每季活动主题;
Set-up and review merchandising presentations and animation’s that adhere to and enhance the band image;
5. 确保店铺人员的工作环境安全良好, 确保公司财物和设备的安全;
Ensure the store working environment is safe and good; and ensure the security of property, equipment;
6. 店铺每月销售计划的实施和带领全体店铺员工完成销售指标。
Make the sales target, and lead the team to achieve it.
顾客服务管理
Customer Service Management
1. 按照公司的统一标准,督导全体店铺员工保持良好的形象并提供优质服务;
Monitoring that Customer Services provided by the section staff fits the company standards;
2. 定期分析客户服务的相关数据和团队客户服务的能力,持续提高团队客服技巧以促进销售;
Regularly analyzes service data and team service capability to achieve improved service and increased sales;
3. 及时了解客户的需求和反馈信息,保持与客人之间的互动关系;
Keep abreast of customer needs and feedback, and maintain an interactive relationship with guests.
4. 有效地处理客人的意见和投诉,提高客户满意度;
Effectively handle guest comments and complaints and improve customer satisfaction;
员工管理
Staff Management
1. 根据公司的人员编制政策面试选拔店铺员工;
Interview and select store staff according to the company HC policy;
2. 管理员工排班,出勤和休假安排;
In charge of staff scheduling, attendance and vacations;
3. 培训店铺员工关于产品知识、服务流程、英语及电脑系统方面的操作技能;
Train store staff about product knowledge, service process, English langue and computer system;
4. 负责店铺人员考评,培养店铺人员绩效管理的氛围;
Be responsible for evaluation of the store team to drive a performance culture in the store;
5. 对内对外都建立信任,透明,相互激励,有责任心的团队氛围;
Fosters a team environment of trust, transparency, motivation and accountability, both inside and outside the store;
预算控制
Budget Control
1. 管理销售指标(净销售,单笔成交额,客单价,客流转化率),提高店铺盈利;
Manage sales KPI (net sales, UPT, ATV, Conversion rate), and increasing profits
2. 充分意识到店铺的总利润并控制店铺成本(维护费、劳动成本、损耗品);
Be aware of Stores total gross profits and control store cost (maintenance fee, labor, consumable goods );
3. 确保执行货品管理系统来推动达成店铺销售结果(盘点、仓库管理和库存管理等);
Drive sales results in the store by ensuring merchandise systems are followed and executed (cycle counts, stockroom organization, inventories, etc);
4. 分析利用数据,找出店铺的优势和机会。
Analyze sales trends and react appropriately.
REQUIREMENT:
职位要求:
1. 大专以上学历,酒店、酒店管理等相关专业;
College degree or above, major in Hospitality, Hotel & Restaurant Management or related discipline;
2. 同等岗位3年以上管理经验,有餐饮行业工作经验,有奢侈品行业经验者优先;
More than 3 years of management experience in a similar role is required, experience of the F&B industry, ideally experience of the luxury goods industry;
3. 较强的组织和人员管理能力,能在压力下工作,适应能力强;
Strong organizational and people management skills, able to work under pressure and adaptable;
4. 能够在各层次建立良好的业务关系;
Ability to build strong business rapport at all levels;
5. 优秀的中英文书面和口头表达能力。
Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
