1. Job Purpose

2. Dimensions

• Staff role support all Sector

• Directly reports to Tax manager

3. Main Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross sector business partner and GS team to deliver timely statistics reporting

• Support Legal and other business partner by providing requested Finance data for all kinds of Annual Inspection of Enterprise

• Deliver timely all other misc external ad-hoc tax reporting.

• Identify opportunities to improve or implement efficient, sustainable processes and drive standardization in statistics reporting area

• Support Tax Center PR/PO administration task

• Support other adhoc task of Tax reporting and Tax compliance


4. Knowledge / Experience / Skills required

• At least 2 years of relevant Finance accounting/reporting experience

• SAP ERP FI related experience is plus

• Accountancy qualification ; Tax qualification is plus;

• Ability to deliver results under pressure.

• Attention to detail.

• Strong communication skills in Chinese; English is plus
