Main Responsibilities

Support timely and accurate regular data processing and management.

Respond to internal / external data support requests with high proficiency.

Analyse and translate data and research findings into insights and prepare corresponding deliverables.

Develop various types of highly informative and accurate models, for example marketing mixed models.


Measurement of Success (KPI)

There are three primary KPIs for this role:

Timely delivery of data analysis, reports.

Independent thoughts and ownership of workstreams. Pro-active communications with co-workers.

Help to create and promote an analytics culture within the MSU team – while making GTB a “great place to work”


Background Requirements
Bachelor or Master degree in Econometrics, Statistics, Mathematics, Marketing Analytics or any other equivalent education with significant analytical content.
Knowledge / hands on experience of statistics and commonly used marketing statistical models (e.g., linear regression and logistic regression)
Confident in the use of R and able to use the R language to solve business problems. SQL skills preferred.
Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
An in-depth understanding of database management or computer programming would be particularly valuable.
Fluent in both English and Mandarin.
One to three years of work experience.
A self-starter, able to work under their own initiative, with an eye for detail.
