Responsibility Contents

? Based on customer’s ERS, develop go no-go test stations.

? Develop MacOSX based station SW and interface with GroundHog/PDCA/Bobcat functionality

? Develop test fixture with electrical and mechanical expertise.

? Develop & validate new technology of test fixture and equipment with customer fixture design team.

? Report and FA tool design and development, e.g. automatic calibration, GR&R tool and so on.

? Create overlay for CM station

? Train and manage hand-off to Ops TEs

Debug/Data Analysis

? DRI home base is always on the line or in the FA area, not in the office

? Test log analysis, Radar documentation

? Parametric data analysis & data integrity check

? Test parametric distributions and Cp / Cpk analysis

Station stability and reliability analysis

? Yield, fallout, & re-test root cause investigations

? Look at the distribution of the parametric data and identify parameters which have calibration/test/distribution drift issues and identify stations which have the problem. Need to analyze the data by config or HW dependencies.

? Station SW & HW Debug & improvement

? Version control for station SW/HW improvement, validation and deployment approved by customer TDL"

? Reporting station SW issue fixed status

? Reporting station ME/HW issue fixed status

Self-improvement according to customer's feedback.

SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED

Education: Bachelor

Experience: 3 years above

1, Fluent english in speaking, listening, reading and writing.

2, Have experience in product test development in HW/SW. Product development experience or Apple product experience is preferred.

3, Be familiar with NPI process, have rich experience in FCT/ICT and problem solving during NPI process.

4, Have experience in C/C++/C#/Labwindows, Objective-C is preferred.

5, Be familiar with product test, including but not limited to fixture HW&mechanical, GR&R, correlation, test coverage, limit tracking, documentation.

6, Strong coordinating, communication and organization skills.
