Responsibilities

1、Managing Rep. office daily operation.

2、Through various Network/Association/Alliance or personal channel to obtain freight forwarding company information, such as contact No. email address and key person.

3、Arranging sales call and send S/R (Sales Report) weekly to Shanghai headquarter.

4、Managing sales team to make cold call and regular daily customer visiting, collect S/R from salesman daily.

5、Arranging joined sales call with Shanghai overseas Sales weekly.

6、Attending exhibitions which hold in local or other Southeast Asia to get more potential targets.

7、Following up instruction from Shanghai overseas department to approach potential customer and give feedback on time.

8、Maintaining existing customers relationship, transferring customer’s updated request, comment or complain to Shanghai overseas department.

Qualifications

1、Bachelor degree ( logistics or foreign trading will be preferred)

2、English communication ability both in written and spoken

3、Chinese speaking is highly preferred

4、Logistics, freight forwarding and carrier working background required

5、Open-minded and aggressive

6、Result-Orient

7、Self-motivation
