Responsibility:

Design concept solution for hybrid or electrical modules (Inverter/OBC) to support new business pursuits;

Design plastic, sheet metal , connector and die casting components follow engineering design process;

Prepare quote package, includes BOM, process material cost, tooling cost, and manufacturingcost;

Analysis and Simulation on conceptsolution follow customer requirements;

Verifyand validate design and solve technical issues

Other tasks arranged by management

Supporting the sample build on demand

Requirement：

Education:

Bachelor or above degree in Mechanical Engineering;

Experience/Special Skills:

5+years’ work experience in mechanical design in relate field;

Excellent knowledge of plastic, sheet metal , die-casting, connector, thermal and sealing;

Strong capability in GD&T, tolerance stack-up,FEA and Problem solving;

Familiar with manufacture process in PE related field;

Fluent English in both oral and written;

Active for task execution and good team work skills.

Experience in CAE/FEA will be a plus

Qualification:

Knowledge about tolerance stack-up, FEA and Problem solving;
