Staff Relations Officer (CSR and Volunteer Activities) (Job ID: 2420)

Responsibilities

• To coordinate and implement corporate social responsibilities projects, corporate volunteer service programmes and other employee relations activities, such as employee assistance services, hospitalization visits, health talks, etc.
• To handle enquires related to employee relations and volunteering programmes.
• To assist in preparing long service/retirement awards, sports & recreational activities, programme budgeting and publication of BEA Staff Newsletter.

Requirements

• University graduate in Communications, Social Science, Human Resources Management or related discipline.
• A minimum of 3 years' working experience in volunteer activity or corporate social responsibility programme.
• Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
• Good project management and analytical skills.
• A fast learner and an excellent team player, detail-oriented, and able to meet tight deadlines.
• PC literate with good knowledge of MS Office.
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese, fluency in Putonghua an advantage
