Staff Relations Officer (Job ID: 2420)
Responsibilities
To coordinate and implement corporate social responsibilities projects, corporate volunteer service programmes and other employee relations activities, such as employee assistance services, hospitalization visits, health talks, etc.
To handle enquires related to employee relations and volunteering programmes.
To assist in preparing long service/retirement awards, sports & recreational activities, programme budgeting and publication of BEA Staff Newsletter.
Requirements
University graduate in Human Resources Management or related discipline.
A minimum of 3 years' working experience in employee relations or corporate social services.
Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
Good project management and analytical skills. PC literate with good knowledge of MS Office.
Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese, fluency in Putonghua an advantage
