• As software developer, work closely with China and global (US, Japan) development team to build the future of test system;
• Design and develop architecture/modules/features in software to meet business requirement;
• Continuously optimize test software and algorithm to reduce test cycle time/cost and improve test accuracy
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues which might be occurring in the test software and firmware;
• Document test related software and processes;
• Provide training and technical support to oversee factory (Thailand, Philippines);
• May have international travel as needed for development activities and factory on-site support;

• Bachelor/Master degree or above in Computer Science, mathematics, automation or related technical field
• Strong hands-on experience with software development in C#/C++, script language (TCL, Python) is plus
• Excellent software design, problem solving and debugging skills, firmware program experience is plus
• Good knowledge about data processing and statistics
• Experience with the use of source code management tools (SVN, Git)
• Demonstrated self-managing, flexibility and adaptability
• Good oral and written skills for communication and documentation in English and strong presentation skills
• Knowledge of AI (artificial intelligence) is a plus

• 计算机，数学，自动化， 物理及相关专业硕士，博士

• 优秀的软件设计，调试，以及解决问题能力，有嵌入式编程经验更好

• 良好的英语沟通能力和较强的演示技巧
