初级审计员 (Staff Accountant)

职位描述：

1. 参与外商投资企业，大型(集团)公司，其他企业、事业单位，有限公司等的审计项目;
2. 参与企业的股份制改制与上市服务、中小企业改制与新三板挂牌服务项目；
3. 参与投资并购中的尽职调查等咨询项目;
4. 参与公司财务、税务等方面的咨询项目;
5. 参加公司组织的专业培训课程，学习专业理论知识和实践操作规程。

职位要求：

1. 会计、审计、财务、经济、企业管理、或其他相关专业本科及以上学历的应届毕业生或已毕业生；
2. 工作责任心强，团队协作意识强；
3. 诚实正直，认真仔细，沉着耐心，愿意从事大量基础工作；
4. 身体健康，能够适应较快的工作节奏, 可以承受工作压力；
5. 具备良好的文字表达能力和人际沟通能力，英语四级以上，可用英语基本会话；
6. 熟练掌握常用的办公软件(Word, Excel, Powerpoint)；
7. 此外，如熟悉中国会计准则，中国注册会计师部分科目或全部考试合格者优先。

Position:
Staff Accountant at Assurance and Business Advisory Services Department

Role:
Starting position for university graduates, this is the launch pad for your successful career in the accounting and auditing profession. You will be quickly exposed to a wide range of experience as a team member serving a diverse range of audit/consulting/tax clients; you will participate in the full suite of professional training programs to ensure your continued development.

Responsibilities:
1. Participate in the audit and other assurance engagement as a team member;
2. Participate in the IPO Services engagements for various kinds of companies;
3. Participate as a team member in financial consulting engagements, include conducting Financial Due Diligence on target companies during merge and acquisition transactions; and
4. Participate in taxation consulting projects.

Requirements:
1. A dedication to teamwork;
2. Academic background: Bachelor degree in accounting, auditing, finance, economics, business-related majors, and/or other appropriate academic majors;
3. Integrity within a professional environment; willing to confront challenge;
4. English communication skill: Can use English for both written and oral communication;
5. Familiar with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Powerpoint;
6. Holder of CICPA or person passed parts or all subjects of CICPA is an advantage.
