Responsibilities岗位职责:

1. Test solution design for the prodcut which design in shanghai R&D site or transfer from other finisar R&D site.

2. Communicate with Finisar different sites to identify suitable vendors and best manufacturing ways for manufacturing of products after finalizing design and completing design reviews.

3. Do necessary engineering analysis and simulations in all NPI phases to validate the design.

4. Do brain storming and initial studies to identify possible ways of designing a low cost high performance product suitable for high volume manufacturing in early product design phase.

5. Do failure modes and effects analysis (FMEA) to identify potential failure modes in a product by classifying the severity and likelihood of the failures based on past experience to prevent similar failures from happening again.

Qualifications 任职要求：

1. BS degree and above Major in Optics, Electronics and Telecommunication technology.

2. Good skill in English and ability to read and interpret complex engineering datasheet and specifications.

3. Ability to have good communication skill with internal and external.
