What will you do?
· Meet or Over achieve On Time Shipment target to customer through production planning, prioritization logic, constraint management and across function collaboration;
· Ensure 2- 5 year planning horizon capacity requirement to be addressed properly through implementation of strategic capacity planning and continue improved parameter and scenarios;
· Meet Working capital (Inventory level) target through advanced analysis and SIOP implementation;
· Implement and develop supply chain KPI (Leading, Lagging) analysis to drive accountability and RCCM;
· Implement supply chain automation through RPA, Power BI, Customized Programming/VBA, Power Query, ERP data connection to drive operation efficiency and cross function connection;
· Continue PPI and Innovation to drive WO end to end process efficiency;
Core responsibility:
· Conduct and develop supply chain daily management KPI analysis;
· Data automation, Power BI, RPA, Programming, VBA to develop schedule and priority setting for different work flow;
· Work Order implementation, JDE order schedule and collaboration cross functions;
· Production BOM, material master stewardship;
· Spare-parts system forecast and ROP calculation;
· Translate supply plan into production loading plan, communicate and mitigation plan;
· Implement monthly SIOP plan and advanced data analysis;
· Advanced Inventory analysis for E&O avoidance; ego
· Kanban Inventory review and FG Inventory review;
· Data collection and implement short-term and strategic long term capacity planning;
· Communicate and align with demand planning and DRP planning for priority setting;
· Process improvement, Innovation and Change agent;
How will you get here?
I. Education
A Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or other business management discipline or related field.
II. Experience
Minimum 5 years supply chain, particular planning focus experience;
Experienced in PPI, RCCM, JDI, VSM implementation, project implementation;
Demonstrated ability in building relationships across various functional teams.
Demonstrated ability in managing multiple tasks within tight deadlines.
III. Knowledge, Skills, Abilities
Proficiency in SAP, JDE, or another major ERP system;
Forecasting Tool, ROP Tool;
Kanban Inventory management;
Advanced data automation and strong Excel programming skill;
Ability to develop standard work, A3, RCCM, JDI;
Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication, including great presentations;
Strong fluency in English language, both oral and written skills.
