Job Description
Plans, budgets, staffs and manages multiple projects and teams. Lead consultant responsibilities have a direct impact on company growth and business development. Leads should have a firm understanding of subject matter and can Interpret and define complex business problems in order to design technical solutions. Maintains solid understanding of implementation methodologies. Plans and manages moderate-sized or multiple small-sized projects and client relationships to achieve milestones, reporting standards, scope management and budgetary requirements. Works with internal accounting operations to ensure revenue realization. Communicates risks, issues, and status of resolution to senior management. Motivates staff and creates team cohesion. Participates in the ongoing recruiting process. Qualifications Bachelors degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required. Advanced/graduate degree preferred. 5-7 years of total work experience. Securities, financial products and/or the finance industry experience preferred.
