Main Responsibilities

• Familiar with corporate communication, able to deliver communication strategy with both locally and globally to drive best exposure for the brand.

• Able to work independently to establish corporate communication plan & collaterals, include corporate deck, key messages, executive bio, corporate videos, etc. Strong writing skills, able to establish communication materials including press release, interview briefing book, proposal, etc., in both English and Chinese.

• Strong media & KOL connections, could reach and pitch media engagement according to different business purpose, including creative/ancillary/talent promotions, etc.

• Able to guide PR consultant/agency to reach the best results.

• Support on daily PR work including maintain media relations, update media database, media gift arrangement, media invitation, etc.

• Able to lead community & PR events independently, able to create or co-work event with business partners to fulfil different business purpose, especially focusing on creative community.

• Able to pitch & support outreach speech for executives, prepare speech document, logistic arrangements, media support, etc.

• Support film publicity on publicity schedule planning, media titles and talking points craft and suggestions, working closely with global partner’s publicity team during film release.
  

Basic Qualifications

• Must be fluent in both English and Chinese, verbal and writing.

• 5 years working experience in corporate communications, PR & events.

• Strong & mature communication skills, both external with vendor and internal with teams.

• Degree major in communication, marketing, business and administration, etc.

• Passion for entertainment especially film industry will be a plus.

• Strategic thinking and analysis skills will be a plus.

• Result driven and details attention.

• Self-motivate, must be a team player.
