Purpose:

To support the process of hiring talent by sourcing the best candidates from active and passive-candidate channels, engaging with candidates to solicit applications if required and screening direct applications to provide quality long-lists.

Knowledge, skill and experience:

• Above 1-3 years' sourcing and recruitment experience in manufacturing or related industry.
• Good communication skills in English.
• Strong motivation in recruitment and RPO.
• Interested in candidate sourcing and not afraid of pressure.
• Hard working, quick learner. Detail oriented.
• Shuttle bus provided
