Key Responsibilities:

We are seeking a talented and motivated senior scientist to join Preclinical Team at Nanjing-China site. The successful candidate will have following responsibilities.

• Utilize cutting edge NGS platforms to discover or identify clinically applicable biomarkers (including pharmacodynamic, predictive, prognostic and safety biomarkers) in support of our preclinical and clinical immunotherapy programs.
• Process biological specimen samples for NGS or RNAseq, perform data analysis and interpret results for understanding of MOAs of cell therapy products, disease heterogeneity and patient response to treatment at the molecular level.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to provide scientific expertise in areas of biomarker discovery, development, and translational science.
• Independently prepare and write technical reports, publications and oral presentations.
• Provide updates to project teams and department management in context of overall project goals.

Qualifications:

• PhD in genetics, genomics, molecular biology, immunology or related field.
• Extensive experience with NGS or RNAseq, complex data analysis and transcriptome profiling.
• Industrial experience in biomarker discovery and development is highly desired.
• Experience with FACS, ELISA and Luminex is a plus.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills and ability to prepare and present data to project teams.
• Comfortable in a fast paced, dynamic work environment.
