KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS

Knowledge of EHS risk, assess to drive actions supporting core values regarding mitigation and prevention related to the health and safety or Jabil employees and the environmental impact of Jabil operations.

Extremely adept in technical aspects of EHS, proven experience in EHS field.

Experience dealing with complex and sensitive issues related to EHS

Emotional, political and business acumen

Proven ability to influence across organizational boundaries and influence EHS culture

High level of appreciation for and ability to conceptualize EHS culture

Working knowledge of ISO 14001 Standard and system

Proficiency in use of personal computers, Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word and PowerPoint) and e-mail skills required.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor’s degree

Seven (7) to ten (10) years experience in EHS field, preferably in a global/international, electronic-manufacturing company

Previous international / global experience a plus

5 years experience in leadership/management/supervisory role

Industry consortium and stakeholder engagement (e.g. government) acumen Or an equivalent combination of education, experience and / or training.
