職務說明

• In charge of sourcing and recruiting commercial and software talent with brand new solution
• Play a business partner role to collaborate with hiring manager in order to make the maximum usage of the candidate's market and industry knowledge
• Control the full-cycle recruiting according to company culture and hiring inquiries
• Communicate with shareholders effectively to keep the recruiting process prepared properly
• Excavate innovate strategy concerning the organization development, which is essential to startups
• Think creatively to organize and support the recruiting-related activities.

理想的應徵者

• At least 2 Years of full-cycle recruiting in recruiting firm
• Fluency in English and Mandarin to adapt efficiently to the expanding entity
• Solid track record towards recruiting in the software industry
• Experience to cooperate with executive management is a PLUS
