職務說明
- In charge of sourcing and recruiting commercial and software talent with brand new solution
- Play a business partner role to collaborate with hiring manager in order to make the maximum usage of the candidate's market and industry knowledge
- Control the full-cycle recruiting according to company culture and hiring inquiries
- Communicate with shareholders effectively to keep the recruiting process prepared properly
- Excavate innovate strategy concerning the organization development, which is essential to startups
- Think creatively to organize and support the recruiting-related activities.

- At least 2 Years of full-cycle recruiting in recruiting firm
- Fluency in English and Mandarin to adapt efficiently to the expanding entity
- Solid track record towards recruiting in the software industry
- Experience to cooperate with executive management is a PLUS
