Sr. Quality Control Analyst - Your Future Position?

As a Sr. Quality Control Analyst in our Fragrance Division, you will be responsible to manage the materials specification, liaises with both internal and external stakeholders driving the resolution of issues and monitoring the consistency of materials globally. In this exciting role you will:

• Mainly for olfactive control, work with other FG/RM team.

• Olfactive training to the team.

• Support customer complaint related.

• As technical lead of the QC team, support the team for daily QC, cross communication, problem handling and results achievement.

• Backup for FG/RM analytical QC if needed.

• SAP power user, support QC manager for global project.

• TDS/COA request handling.

• Technical and process training and supporting of the QC depart.

• Handling the lab equipment’s third party calibration.

• 5S and continue improvement of QC depart.

• Others assigned by the QC Manager.

Your professional profile includes:

• Bachelor degree in Chemistry, Biology, Environmental Science; Engineering or related discipline.

• Master degree is preferred.

• Overall work experience of 5 to 6 years with 2 to 3 years in a similar position.

• Proficient in systems, procedures and techniques for laboratory operations (e.g. weighing balance, Densitometer, Flash point meter, Fluidity Tester, Refractometer, Moisture balances, Atomic absorption spectrophotometer, Particle Size Distribution Analyzer, GC).

• Good communication skill and experience in olfactive is preferred.

• Problems solving ability and results orientation.

• Fluent written and spoken English.

• Be good at team work.

• Integrity & Honesty.
