ABOUT YOUR ROLE 职位描述

This role is to support Procurement Manager role to deliver cost savings opportunities to the organization, and assist in developing commodity strategy

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE 工作职责

• Work scope covers all 11 factories, analyze Indirest spend (Including reginal and global site spending information)
• Lead and manage indirect sourcing activities or projects to ensure company targets and saving pipeline
• Implement professional procurement process in alignment with different site stakeholders, including market analysis, strategy sourcing & negotiation, contract approval, etc.
• Work with direct report manager for national consolidation projects launch and monitoring
• Identify saving/optimization opportunities and develop Indirect team strategy
• Manage and monitor Supplier Performance
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Supports employee development by offering proper training, coaching and job rotation opportunities

WHAT WE WILL BE LOOKING FOR IN YOU 职位要求

? 7 years experience or knowledge preferred;

? A3 skills

? Good/Excellent Excel, Powerpoint, Lotus database skills

? Good/Excellent written and spoken English

? Cross functional collaboration and teamwork

? Project management skills

? Good problem solving with strong analytical sense
