Job Description:

The Product Manager / Sr. Product Manager is responsible for execution of brand strategies through the stages of life cycle management and working with the senior management team to evaluate opportunities and develop plans to optimize a brand or group of defined brands in Onco-Hema BU.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic brand plans to reflect opportunities / key issues and engagement strategies for responsible products proactively, in alignment with key cross-functional stakeholders (including Medical, Sales, VAP) that ultimately supporting unmet patient needs and optimizing contribution to the corporation.
  • Executing promotional tactics that address the strategic need of the brand and create value with to the core target audiences (physicians, patients, and other HCPs around the ecosystem).
  • Managing the working relationships between all internal and external partners to ensure the brand(s) objectives are achieved.
  • Coordinating product management functions such as forecasting, budget management, and supply management functions.

Responsibilities:

  • As a Brand owner, this role will partner with local Med/VAP/RA, Global brand team and other cross-functional partners to lead oncology/hematology product strategy and the matters related to the brand activities.
  • Develop marketing strategy and positioning based on deep customer journey understanding, market insight and logistic analysis and in line with global strategy and local cooperate objectives.
  • Lead oncology/hematology product Long Range Plan, LE/forecast, quarterly business review and product launch redness processes.
  • Drive Brand performance by providing strategic direction and solutions to field sales team and offer a compelling/differentiated value of products to achieve objective.
  • Develop multi-channel marketing programs (non-branded/disease awareness, branded, educational), execute and measure through optimal channels to build up positive customer experience.
  • Develop advocacy programs and partnership across Opinion Leaders, Patient Associations, Societies and other influencers to shape the Brand’s ecosystem.
  • Represent as good ambassador of all relevant company compliance, policies, procedures and work practices.
  • Support other activities as required by the manager.

Required Qualification/ Experience / Skills / Competencies:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Science or medical- related is required, and preferably with higher qualification in pharmacy science or marketing related.
  • Minimum 3 years of pharmaceutical/ medical industry experience. Oncology/ Hematology field experience is a must.
  • Proven experience in oncology or hematology areas is required and interest in continued learning within this rapidly evolving care area with developing technological innovations.
  • Product launch, medical communication and project management is a plus.
  • Ability to develop business plan, maintain relationships with key stakeholders and monitor the execution of strategies within financial plan.
  • Excellence in project management and effectively managing multiple projects/priorities.
  • Good cross-functional collaboration, communication skill and omni-channel engagement.
  • Fluency in English, both oral and written communications.
