Develop and maintain a 18-24 months’ product calendar which act as the backbone of all product launch planning and product-related marketing activities of all SBUs
Facilitate SBUs to sell their products by providing key selling points for both generic or campaign-based products; and monitor the productivity, stock efficiency and lifecycle of the products
Keep abreast of the latest market trends, understand SBUs’ need and make recommendations on new product opportunities
Develop and source new products with the consultation and endorsement from Product Creative Committee on product designs and assortment mixes
Closely monitor and align all SBUs to avoid competitions in pricing and discount control among different markets or channels
Maintain close contacts with product designers, factory, supply chain department, Group marketing teams on the product development projects/programs progresses
Maintain contacts with product suppliers and attend local or overseas jewelry exhibitions to keep abreast of the latest market trends
Act as the key contact point with product licensors
Assist institutionalize product management methodology including product categorization, product ordering, etc.
REQUIREMENTS
University degree or above
At least 10 years relevant experience from MNC or fashion company or luxury company
Knowledge in assortment planning, merchandise budgeting and replenishment model
Figures-oriented with strong business sense
Excellent communication, organization and presentation skills
Passionate in jewelry is a MUST
Ability to learn and adapt quickly and enjoy a fast paced environment
Good team player, mature and independent
Fluent written and spoken English and Cantonese
