As part of the team, you’ll help design, implement, and operate Human Resources technology application that help us develop insights and strategies for our people and to drive business results.
Responsibilities & Job Description
- Support AMS Team Leader on project management and engaging key stakeholders on the planning, progress and outcome of AMS programs;
- Initiate and have regular discussions with HC Leadership and HC functional teams to understand customer’s needs and how success is defined, and ensure that we are exceeding expectations in delivery and developing valued solutions;
- Working closely with HC systems leader and Data & Process leader to track the progress of system and functional issues and action plan;
- Participate project meetings among individuals, teams or multiple groups. Play an active role in analyzing HC system issues, facilitate and help creating a plan to fix those goals, and then driving the AMS team members, stakeholders/SMEs and potentially other third parties to achieve those goals while understanding the client environment and any limitations to execution;
- Develop methodologies on enterprise level engagements;
- Build AMS knowledge base such as technology principles and services including infrastructure, business applications, data management, security, application platforms and integration technology.
Capabilities/skills required:
- Knowledge about Workday or similar cloud based global solution and has managed a cloud migration engagement (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS);
- Demonstrated ability to successfully manage multiple and concurrent projects/customers, including senior executives as well as to technical subject matter experts;
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with team members and audiences of all levels;
- Competency in Microsoft Office suite, and Project Management toolsets (JIRA, Confluence, Rally, Version One and / or MS Project);
- Has one active project management certification (e.g., PMP, PMI, CSM, PRINCE2, etc.);
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
