Responsibilities:
Responsible for compensation and benefits programs that align rewards with organization goals (benefits focus). Activities include:
  • Benefits program design (e.g., health and welfare, retirement, etc.)
  • Benefits plan management (e.g., retirement, life insurance, short and long-term disability, accident coverage, medical/dental/vision/prescription drugs, job-related perquisites, etc.)
  • Benefits coverage evaluation, benchmarking, and cost analysis
  • Communication (e.g., guidance on benefit program features, plans, and options to employees and management)
  • Vendor management (e.g., insurance and pension brokers, consultants for program design advice, etc.)

Requirements:
  • Bachelor degree or above
  • Minimum 8 yrs. relevant experience, consulting firm background preferred
  • Solid project management skills for complex and high-profile benefit projects
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Strong networking skills to keep updated on the new trends and innovations that may impact benefit Systems
