Job Responsibilities:

• Facility system management & project management;

• Initiate and implement annual maintenance plan, outsourcing management and planning, power supply system, power generation system, voltage regulator cabinet and uninterruptible power supply, emergency lighting etc.;

• Utilities energy supply, daily management and maintenance (such as vacuum system, elevator system, pure water system, compressed air system, heat pump system, urban water supply system, exhaust system, wastewater treatment system);

• Be responsible for project construction quality, safety, progress tracking management and supervision and processing design changes, and the professional construction coordination as well as budget control;

• Comply with EHS requirements, familiar with fire system and power system;

• Able to work under pressure, with strong organization and coordination skills, communication skills and problem-solving ability, initiative and responsible, good team-work;

• Complete other works assigned by leader.

Job Requirements:

Required Skills:

• Bachelor degree or above, major in Mechatronics or related field;

• Above 5 years in facility system management relevant work experience;

• Familiar the water supply and drainage, electrical, and HVAC and other related professional knowledge;

• Hold Special operation qualification certification;

• Good English communication skill at listening, writing and speaking;
