Our location in Lake Forest, IL currently has an opportunity for a Sr. Director, PMO.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

• Highly experienced manager responsible for project management activities for the Operations function.

• The position will liaise with R&D, Quality Assurance and Regulatory Affairs to plan and execute projects related to compliance and inspection readiness as well as product launch.

• This position is responsible for defining and implementing best practices for project planning and execution and for reporting on key performance indicators across the project portfolio.

• Responsible to identify resource and budget requirements needed to transition from startup to sustainable operations.

• May be accountable for budget and medium-term planning.

• Ensure stakeholders are kept apprised and informed

• Problem solve and develop solutions; assisting teams in resolution and mitigation planning

• Define and adjust processes to meet project/business needs and look for ways to improve processes while coaching and developing teams

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE YOU’LL BRING: 

Required:

• Associates Degree
• 7+ Years of Experience
